Help me Lord God for I am fallen. I have no strength and my breath escapes me. Your hand is heavy upon me. I am weary of my ways, and tired of all my paths. My soul weeps and my heart aches. I am set apart from the congregation of the righteous. I dare not go out among others, for they will see my countenance and have pity on me. Do not leave me as I am. Rescue me. Return me to those days of not so long ago, that time of laughter in the morning. Turn to me once more and show me your favor. Lift me from this death, and raise me up from the dust where I lay. Pour out your Holy Spirit apon me, and bring me to the fountain of life. Cause your face to shine upon me once again. Stretch out your hand and return me to your lovingkindness. Give me your peace and joy so that I may live. O Lord, my soul cries out to you. Help me. Do not delay. Amen

May your Holy Spirit be with them to encourage them in their sufferings. Give them your peace and joy, and lift them up in your strength. Cause their hearts to sing and be glad. Give them favor with their captors. Provide for their needs, and allow them to see you Jesus and your love, and remove discouragement from their hearts. Let us rejoice and be glad for we shall soon be gathered together with our Lord in the sky. Jesus is coming soon. May we awaken from our sleep and look to the heavens for our redemption draws near.
